Quilting for Beginners description (call 480-461-7493 for registration)
This class will teach the beginning quilter the basics of machine piecing and use of the rotary cutter while making a traditional log cabin quilt. You will learn fabric selection and preparation, measuring, cutting, machine piecing and finally machine quilting of your finished quilt top. Your choice of size will be from crib to king. A working knowledge of your sewing machine is required. Pattern will be provided by instructor. Students will supply fabric and supplies.
